ABOUT THE OFFICIAL RECORDS SERVICE CENTER LLC
The Official Records Service Center LLC (the Center) provides specific clerical, accounting, communication, and record keeping functions only under contract with certain educational institutions and/or others. The Center is not a school, educational institution or educational facility and performs no educational activity of any kind. The Center does not promote or solicit enrollment in any school or educational institution. The Center is not located in the state of New York, does not conduct business in the state of New York, has no financial or other interest in the state of New York, and has no employees in the state of New York. The Center does receive mail in the state of New York under contract with a third party. Unopened mail is distributed to appropriate locations outside of the state of New York for handling.
