OVERVIEW
Graduates are provided with free written consultation service for general information issues and questions. Requests for general information and questions must be submitted in writing (e-mail, fax, or regular mail), and we will respond in writing. Telephone or in person consultation is not provided. We are able to supply information found in the graduate's file. We may not be able to respond to general information questions.
We have supplied information below regarding common issues and often asked questions. If your question is not addressed in this section, you should submit it by e-mail, fax, or regular mail. Please indicate the written method of response that you would prefer we use (e-mail, fax, or regular mail). If you do not specify a response method, we will respond by first class mail to the address that appears on your school record.

My address has changed. What should I do?
You are responsible for promptly notifying us of a change in your mailing address. Address changes must be submitted in writing (e-mail, fax, or regular mail). Address changes may not be submitted by telephone or in person.

I need to make a tuition payment. Where do I send it?
Tuition payments should be sent to the address below.
I need to send a tuition payment. To whom should the money order or check be made out?
Checks and money orders should be payable to the Official Records Service Center LLC. We record your payment on the date it is received and then forward it to the school. Personal checks and money orders may be used for tuition payments. If you are ordering education transcripts or a duplicate diploma, a money order is the only form of acceptable payment. Credit cards and debit cards are not accepted for any payment.
I need to know the balance on my tuition account.
For all accounts in good standing, a tuition statement is sent once each month. That statement shows the tuition account balance, the next payment due date, and all needed information regarding your account. If you have a question regarding your tuition account, it must be submitted in writing (e-mail, fax, or regular mail). We will respond in writing.
I have other questions about my tuition payments.
Questions regarding tuition payment must be submitted in writing (e-mail, fax, or regular mail). We will reply in writing.
